Refund policy

broke/n/umbers accepts returns. Requests for returns, exchanges, or reports of errors or damaged items must be made within 3 business days of the delivery date. Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item before checking out.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have all original tags attached. Items that show any signs of wear or have missing tags will not be accepted.

Exchanges are subject to a processing fee of up to $15 per item. Please email contact@brokenumbers.com to receive exchange instructions. Exchanges on limited release and exclusive items are not guaranteed, so please fully ensure your order is correct before checkout.

Approved returns may be issued as either store credit (broke/n/umbers E-Gift Code) or a refund to the original payment method. Refunds or credits are processed within 7–10 business days after your item(s) are received and inspected. Return approvals are subject to discretion based on inventory, item condition, and availability of limited release or exclusive products.

Order alterations generated by broke/n/umbers will be accompanied by an email to the address used to place the order. Refunds for unavailable or canceled items will be issued via the original payment method or E-Gift Code.

broke/n/umbers is unable to add discount codes to orders after they have been placed, and no more than one code can be used per order.
