Refund policy

14-day returns and exchanges.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached.

Size exchanges: You pay to send the item back, and we ship your new size for free. If your size is sold out, we’ll issue store credit instead.

Returns: Returns are issued as store credit (a broke/n/umbers e-gift code). Refunds to your original payment method are given for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Damaged or wrong item: Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we’ll make it right, including return shipping.

How to start: Email contact@brokenumbers.com with your order number. Please check the size chart on each product before ordering.

Store credit and refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your item. Only one discount code can be used per order, and codes can’t be added after an order is placed.
