Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order.

US: Orders usually ship within 1 business day from Chicago and arrive in 3–7 business days. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

International: Free secured shipping, with faster paid options (DHL Express, USPS Priority) at checkout. Delivery usually takes 10–15 business days after shipping. Customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless prepaid at checkout.

Lost or stolen packages: Once a package is with the carrier, please contact them first. We’ll do everything we can to help.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. During big drops, processing may take an extra day.
